In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for providing customer service for internal staff and external customers. High school diploma or GED preferred 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role Experience working in a manufacturing environment Responsible for fulfilling quotes, acknowledging orders, expediting orders and fulfilling customer requests Experience with contract/purchase order review Able to work with internal staff and external customers Good communication skills MS Office experience #VIS
