Production Team Lead II

Job Title : Production Team Lead II Shift Hours : 2nd or 3rd shift - 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am Job Description : Preferred work experience in production & material planning, demand planning, inventory management & handling, Line Operations, and/or Forecasting. Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred experience in ERP (SAP) systems and Scheduling systems (Kronos). Communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem-solving skills, strong collaboration, and relationship management skills. More about this role Education / Certifications: Bachelor s Degree Required (Operations, Supply Chain, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering and Food Science preferred). Military and Logistics experience is welcome. Job specific requirements Preferred 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Union labor management is a plus Strong organizational and technical skills Preferred experience in Lean manufacturing and TPM. Continuous Improvement experience including Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Breakdown Elimination system. Proven leader with strong communication, time management, coaching, priority setting and change management skills. SAP Experience preferred Food experience preferred Union Experience preferred
