PRN LPN/RN

Location: Kendal at Lexington, Lexington, VAPosition Type: PRN (As Needed)Job Description:Kendal at Lexington, a premier life plan community, is seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) and RNs (Registered Nurses) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role requires flexibility and commitment to provide exceptional care to our residents.Responsibilities:Deliver direct nursing care in line with individualized care plans and facility standards.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, reporting changes to appropriate healthcare professionals.Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.Accurately document patient interactions, care provided, and any incidents.Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all practices.Requirements:Current, valid LPN or RN license in the state of Virginia.Minimum of one year of experience in a nursing role, preferably in senior living or long-term care.Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Commitment to picking up at least 2 shifts per month.Compensation:LPN Pay Rate: $31.20 - $35.36 per hourRN Pay Rate: $41.60 - $44.72 per hourShift Differentials: $2.00 per hour for evening shifts; $1.00 per hour for night shifts.Benefits:Competitive hourly rates with shift differentials.Flexible scheduling to fit your availability.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.Supportive and collaborative work environment.If you are a skilled and empathetic nurse seeking a flexible role with competitive pay where you can make a meaningful impact, we invite you to apply to Kendal at Lexington.
