GENERALPURPOSE: To be part of an energetic team, devoted to delivering a uniqueand enjoyable customer service experience for our residents and visitors . RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs routine preventativemaintenance, as directed by supervisorEmpties/collects trash throughout thecommunityStrips, waxes, and buffs floors on ascheduled routine basis and as needed for unexpected occurrencesResponsible for proper hazard wastedisposalMoves furniture, equipment, andassists residents with moving needs as assignedAssists with grounds care asnecessary, such as weeding in the summer or snow removal in the winterRemoval and distribution of deliveriesfrom the loading and delivery areas to their proper locating in the buildingPerforms work orders as assigned,including minor building and equipment repairsServes on security detail whenassigned.
