Project Manager The Opportunity: You know that project managers touch every single part of a business and wear multiple hats: from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in business development and being a key contributor to their employees' growth. We're looking for someone like you to help our Air Force client advance their mission by applying your project manager skills supporting national security. You will deliver solutions for a DoD operations center, remote communications sites and dynamic system of systems. Your customer will trust you to guide the design and development teams enhancing these systems and lead their evolution through planning and coordination. In this role, you'll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You'll shape this classified mission by coordinating across teams of skilled technicians working closely with clients to lead the transformation and integration of hardware, software, and applications across a variety of IT systems, such as networks, systems, switches, routers, servers, monitoring, EO/IR cameras, sensors, and cross domain solutions. You will plan, coordinate and manage system upgrade projects. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. You Have: * 5+ years of experience as a project manager * Knowledge of Homeland Defense air defense mission set, and related policies, processes, and systems * Ability to lead teams performing IT systems management, sustainment, and projects implementation * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree * PMP certification Nice If You Have: * Experience with RMF, ACAS, STIGS and systems cyber hardening * Experience with command and control (C2) systems sustainment * Knowledge of USAF best practices for hardware, software, and cyber security * Knowledge of Configuration Management best practices * Top Secret clearance * CompTIA Security+ Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
