EMPLOYER: Grupo Antolin Missouri, LLC POSITION TITLE: Maintenance Technician HOURS / WEEK: 40 RATE OF PAY: $ 76,939/ year JOB SITE LOCATION: 1601 Southern Rd, Kansas City, MO 64120 DUTIES: Regularly inspect and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Clean, lubricate, and adjust components as necessary to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues or areas of improvement. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in machinery and equipment. Determine the parts and supplies required for repairs and replacements. Assist in mechanical and electrical breakdowns, ensuring timely repairs to minimize production interruptions. Conduct repairs and maintenance on building infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC. Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations. Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and fixtures used in production processes. Ensure the availability of functional tools and equipment for operators and technicians. Keep an inventory of tools, perform regular inspections, and order replacements as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance tools, processes, and systems to increase efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement improvement initiatives. Document and share best practices to optimize maintenance procedures.MINIMUN REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Senior Maintenance Technician, or related Maintenance occupation. Experience must include: Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques. Experience with reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints. Experience with regular services and maintenance procedures and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns. Experience with improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance in adherence to plant safety requirements, policies, and OSHA standards. Experience with document processes and maintain service records. Experience with pneumatic and electrical diagnostics and repairs. Experience with maintenance of chiller and air compressor systems for manufacturing operations.
