This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Production Operator• $35.00 / Per Hour • 1st 6:00a - 6:30p Friday, Saturday, Sunday • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO• Eligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent/Mortgage paid for a year.• Unlimited $150 Referral BonusResponsibilities of Production Supervisor • Must be flexible to work additional days as needed• Oversee and direct the planning and execution of daily production activity.• Direct and manage the operations to improve performance through continuous improvement methodology and problem analysis to reduce unscheduled downtime, minor equipment stops, breakdowns, process upsets, material quality losses.• Analyze, report and complete daily production reports, gap analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Utilize data to facilitate the timely, accurate interpretation, and reporting of performance, quality, and safety data.• Schedule, train, and mentor crew so that they can produce at maximum efficiency.• Ensure adequate staffing, direction, corrective action, and documentation is implemented.• Other duties as assigned.Requirements of Production Supervisor• Five (5) years experience in a food manufacturing environment.• Five (5) years supervisory experience.• Strong analytical/problem solving/process improvement skills.• Ability to prioritize and follow-through to achieve results and meet deadlines.• Strong leadership skills, with an ability to build trust, provide direction, and execute with excellence.• Strong foundation in interpersonal communication concepts, specifically; written, oral, presentation, listening, and facilitation skills.• Ability to facilitate change, foster innovation and results.• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and develop effective solutions.• Knowledge of machinery operations and equipment.• Ability to lift 50 pounds.Apply by clicking Apply Now or come to 2010 North Bend Road, Suite 500, 41048 between 8 am - 5 pm Monday thru Friday.
