Job Description: Responsibilities: Maintaining & supporting all equipment in JIT Production Environment and other areas as required. Complete all tasks, work orders, & PM's as directed by supervisor in a safe & timely manner. Make approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs. Perform repairs, rebuild & trouble shoot equipment to ensure production efficiencies are met. Daily record all line calls, work orders, PM's & work history electronically in the e-Maintenance System. Complete all required and applicable training required by the company. Must be willing to work overtime as needed (daily, weekly, shutdowns etc.). Must be willing to work any shift on short, but reasonable notice. Must continuously improve and develop skills/knowledge. Complete all other tasks as requested by the Engineering Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. Authority and responsibility to stop the production line should a safety or quality issue appear. Maintain license to operate a Hilo, Scissor Lift and Articulating Lift. Excellent attendance and steady work history. Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent, certification (Preferred). Experience with robotics and PLC is required. Experience Required: Journeyman s Card -OR - 3-5 yrs of experience of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant. Experience in industrial automotive preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills, detail oriented, adaptability towards change, and teamwork. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. Mechanical, Technical & Electrical Expertise (preferred). Core Competencies: Communication Skills. Team Player. Problem Solving.
