Pick, Pack, Ship Associate

About The Role The primary responsibility of the Pick, Pack Ship Associate is to accurately pick, package, and prepare products to ship for customer order fulfillment. What You'll Do * Efficiently locate products per orders in rack and shelving locations * Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner * Follow written instructions with acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all packing and shipping tasks. * Utilize barcoding, labeling to identify correct parts * Pre-packing stock * Route picked orders to final destination What You'll Need * Basic math and counting skills * Ability to read and write in English * Ability to follow written instructions accurately and independently. * Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free order fulfillment. * Effective communication skills. * Capability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
