If this inspires you, let's get in touch. #CompComplete Job purpose At beqom, you are at the forefront of our product deployment, spearheading customer implementations and driving our teams toward success. As a Senior Project Manager you also play a dual role.On one hand you are responsible for overseeing the integration of the beqom SaaS solution into our customers' HRIS environments and processes. While on the other hand you leverage your experience in project management to provide senior oversight and act as a first point of escalation on a key list of ongoing projects. What you will be doing * Act as beqom's primary interface to each assigned customer during implementation and go-live. * Ensure that your projects are managed and delivered according to agreed scope, budgets and timelines. * Provide senior oversight and experience on projects staffed with more junior project managers. * Act as a first line of escalation on a key list of customer projects. * Drive proactive change control with customers and partners, to ensure that all work delivered is confirmed in advance and will be paid for as it is delivered. * Ensure that projects are delivered functionally as required, working with Architects and wider stakeholders as required to ensure the scope for each project or change is clearly understood and documented * Manage the quality and cost of delivery, and actively manage resource performance. * Proactively identify and manage any dependencies, constraints, risks or limitations likely to affect project success. * Create detailed project-level plans, resource projections, budgets and RAID logs as well as any other suitable governance materials that ensure risk, cost and quality dimensions are actively managed * Provide clear progress reporting information as appropriate to various technical and non-technical audiences, acting as a focal point of ownership for interested parties in relation to the project. * Work with the customer sponsors and all other business stakeholders through the Delivery lifecycle, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met. What we need you to have to excel in this role * Experience managing project budgets, scope and timeline. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate challenging situations. * A strong customer focus, recognising internal and external customers, establishing and managing effective relationships at senior level. * Excellent English communication (verbal/written). * Hands-on experience of delivering 'end to end' IT customer facing projects. Nice to have: * Formal project management qualifications e.g. PMP/agile/change management. * Experience providing guidance and expertise to other project managers. * HRIS experience is desirable but not required. * Additional languages (please indicate in CV, with level). Business travel The role will require business travel (if the situation allows), predominantly in the USA but can be in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East when required. This will represent around 20% up to 30% of your working time.
