Your Future Team: In the Cold End & Internal Logistics team, we design and implement equipment for formatting, packaging, and automation systems in over 30 ROCKWOOL production sites. Our work combines in-house engineering with turnkey solutions from external suppliers, requiring strong skills in both technical design and project management. This gives us a deep sense of ownership and commitment to the quality of our solutions." - Palle Yde Poulsen, Director, GTC What You Will Be Doing: As Project Manager, you will oversee engineering projects from initial scoping to final handover, ensuring that everything runs on time, within budget, and meets agreed-upon specifications. Though you will lead a team of Project Engineers, a hands-on approach and passion for technology will greatly enhance your success. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and motivating your project team both in the office and on-site * Managing stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and internal teams * Clarifying customer requirements and aligning them with project goals * Preparing tender materials and overseeing the procurement process * Coordinating site activities, including supplier and team presence * Ensuring safe installation and a smooth handover of projects in line with agreements What You Bring: You are a focused, analytical, and highly driven professional who takes ownership of your projects and ensures that everyone is aligned with your vision. You value collaboration but can stay on track, even when challenges arise. You should also have: * A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or a related field) * Experience managing engineering projects from planning to execution * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset * An interest in technology and the systems we deliver * The ability to stay focused and maintain scope while being cooperative * Willingness to travel 50-70 days per year (with occasional trips of 2-3 weeks) * Fluency in English What we offer: By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
