We are very busy and are looking to bring on a couple people that either have the experience and confidence, or are willing to learn to become a foreman of a crew. Hard work and grit gets rewarded heavily.Overview of the roleLeading a crew of 2-3 guys building custom decks and patio covers and some fences.You will work closely with the PM and the client to make their project come to lifeYou will be responsible for your crews results - with the help of the PM and Super of courseNo mandatory Saturday work, but is available if you want more hoursSome experience is preferred but we are willing to teach and train the right guy.
