Please visit us at: /careers . **The function of the Internal Support Specialist is to support the internal operations of the company by aiding other office staff in the preparation of office communications and documents in accordance with standard office procedures.As a TEAM Member at CROM, LLC You Will EnjoyExcellent salary and benefitsMedical Insurance with company contributionOther Insurance types offered including Dental, STD, LTD, Life and Accident401(k) program with a corporate matchPaid Time OffStructured, solutions-oriented, and professional environmentAutonomy and resources to do your jobEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Regional Office Duties (applies to Internal Support positions outside the Corporate Office):Liaison with cleaning company & maintenance companies for any repairs or maintenance needed.Prepare and maintain warehouse inventory documents.Maintain office supplies.Assist Bidding with signing and preparing bid packages to be hand delivered out of regional office.Assist Training with proctoring of field advancement exams. Assist with coordinating meetings and events for the region.Internal Support Duties:Process GNGsManage VPDocument Review & Transmission:ProposalsPrelim & Budgetary LettersWork OrdersChange OrdersRFIsSubmittalsInspection ReportsWarrantiesOther Misc DocsProject Setups:Review budget against contract.Complete JIS.PDF docs needed for PCM.Active Management:Track Projects through the Active Management Process. Assist with company events as needed.Other tasks as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:HS Diploma5 years of administrative experienceReceptionist and/or customer service experience preferred.Technically competent and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Notary preferred.Other requirements:Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.Working Conditions:This position will require some interaction with outside customers, owners, engineers, and contractors, as well as CROM personnel. Opportunities for additional training and advancement will be provided.
