Must be 21 for insurance purposes Must have a clean drivers record What We Offer * Pay range: $15.00 - $18.75 / hour + tips and benefits! * Earn tips from customers - top performers average $150+ per week * Pay increase opportunity after 60 days * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Career advancement opportunities - we are committed to promoting from within! * Full-time, part-time, and seasonal general labor positions available Responsibilities * Make a positive first impression - Smile, handshake, let the customer know what to expect * Do a walk-through of the area * Communicate the game plan clearly with the customer and your partner * Safely pack, move, and unpack the customer's belongings * Help out with truck inspections and equipment inventory * Complete the move paperwork and customer payment * Check in with the office * End the day on a great note! * Experience in the fields of general labor, non-CDL transportation, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, operations, fleet or warehouse helpful Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license and good driving record * Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens * Excellent customer service skills * Professional attitude and demeanor * Experience in the fields of general labor, non-CDL transportation, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, operations, fleet or warehouse helpful * Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Findlay, OH .
