JOB SUMMARY AND REPSONSIBILITIES This position provides complete maintenance and custodial services to City of Nashua buildings in order to maintain a clean and safe environment inside and outside; maintains inventory of supplies; performs painting, scheduled maintenance and minor repairs in all buildings; other related duties as assigned. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, is part of the UAW Clerical/Technical Bargaining Unit and provides an excellent work life balance. The position is grade 6, with an hourly rate dependent upon experience.
