Automotive Service Technician - Hyundai City of Industry, CA 91748 We have a career opportunity for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our Hyundai team in Rowland Heights, CA. Responsibilities * Perform work outlined on repair orders in an efficient and accurate manner * Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems * Perform repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely fashion * Road-test to confirm vehicle's repairs will meet or exceed customer expectations * Communicate with Service Advisor if additional service is recommended * Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs * Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications * Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain Customer Satisfaction Scores * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * High School diploma or Equivalent * 2 years shop experience highly preferred * Hyundai or KIA experience preferred * Must have own tools * Outgoing, people-oriented, and foster an environment of collaboration * Proficient time management and organizational skills * Exemplary communication and customer service skills * Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic * Team player with a positive attitude * Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR Benefits * Medical, Dental and Vision * 401k * Career Paths and Paid Training Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO)
