Customer Service Representatives

Major Regional Food Distribution Company Must have a food distribution background ! Role:                  Customer Service Compensation: $23.00 to $25.00 hourly (depending on experience) Shift:                  Monday thru Friday  - Flexible a.m. Start Times Location:           Bronx, NY Ideal candidate has proven Customer Service coming out of food distribution experience and brings great energy to a team environment. This role supports customers in the placement of orders and helping to solve any order changes or issues. Requirements: Must have full knowledge of all administrative duty and skills. Receive any call that comes into the department with a courteous and respectful manner. Able to work under pressure. Concentrate on the order at hand to eliminate the possibilities of errors. Communicate to the customer any concerns for missing/out of stock merchandise that their requesting. Maintain an orderly customer call list. Review and revise customer price contracts for particular customers Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus Able to work in a team environment Able to work full-time job Bilingual Spanish is a big plus Responsibilities: Customer service relations Data entry Answering phones Office Coverage Organizational development Filling Facilities management support Understands and follows policy and procedures
