Longevity pay after 3 years. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or G.E.D. Possession and ability to maintain license in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems or 5 years' experience in plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems maintenance and repair Working knowledge of troubleshooting equipment and appliances and plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry work and locksmithing functions Knowledge of department safety policies and procedures and ability to apply such knowledge to a variety of interrelated processes, tasks and operations Must be 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's License Pre-employment background check and drug screen Elkhart County Human Resources 117 N.
