This position offers the ability to easily work flexible schedules and avoid all of those sneaky expenses such as tolls, fuel, dry cleaning, etc.; not to mention no commute time!Contact center agents working from home began as a safety necessity due to COVID-19; however, the organization has really come to embrace its home-based workforce and intends to keep it that way. Due to onsite trainings and team meetings, we encourage only those applicants within a reasonable commute to our Swedesboro, New Jersey location to consider applying for this position.When will you work?New-hire education consists of six weeks of paid in-classroom training at our Swedesboro, New Jersey campus; Monday - Friday. You will tour and learn about our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations while being trained to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician.Upon successful completion of new-hire training, initial work schedules are assigned according to demand; often Monday - Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and one Saturday a month working 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. All Customer Care employees participate in regular shift bids where work schedules are awarded to each employee based on tenure and performance.
