Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Functions Statement(s)This is a hands-on role, primarily focusing on repair and maintenance of CNC equipment, Heat Treat equipment, production automation, and facilities support equipment. The lead will assist in troubleshooting and repair on a variety of machine and building systems (sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, CNC controls, 3-phase electrical, linear motion, air compressors, pumps, cooling towers, boiler, HVAC, industrial lighting, etc.). Other tasks include leadership, training and coaching the Facilities and Maintenance team.This position will work closely with the maintenance supervisors, engineering and production.
