Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities The Opportunity The Maintenance Technician Position is part of the Facilities Team. The Maintenance Technician maintains the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. What You'll Do * Preparing Residents Rooms for new occupants * Handling general maintenance repair needs at the community. * Performing routine cleaning. * Using and maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment. * Maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards. * Working to problem solve, plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to ensure that projects are completed. * Keeping accurate maintenance records of work done. * Responsibilities include customer service, resident safety, maintenance, and communication. What You'll Bring POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens. * Familiarity with the TELs system a plus. * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1+ years of similar experience. * Strong communication skills. * The ability to stay organized and multi-task.
