You will lead a team of 30-40 employees, fostering a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Team Supervision: Directly manage and oversee 30-40 employees on high-speed packaging lines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements by applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other efficiency methodologies.Engagement & Direction: Cultivate a motivated team environment and set a clear strategic direction for achieving production goals.Performance Monitoring: Track and maintain production standards for efficiency, material usage, and product quality.Collaboration & Safety: Work closely with other managers and supervisors to ensure seamless operations, employee productivity, and adherence to safety standards.What You Bring:Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, preferably in food, consumer products, chemicals, or similar industries.Leadership Skills: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, with a strong background in leading teams and managing processes.Continuous Improvement: Lean or Six Sigma training or certification preferred; experience in driving change management is a plus.Analytical Ability: Strong skills in using data to coach, develop, and optimize team performance.Problem Solving: Capable of multitasking, solving problems, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.Ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values growth and innovation?
