Description Seasonal Maintenance Technician Victoria's Secret Maintenance team supports material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance to more than three million square feet of distribution space across our four locations in Central Ohio. We prioritize the development and training of our team and look to our associates first for promotions to build and grow their careers Your Role As a Seasonal Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of semi-skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities in maintenance operations areas to ensure that the facilities and equipment are maintained in a safe and effective working condition. Based on the immediate needs of the department, work will be performed in all maintenance operations areas including our Buildings, Material Handling, HVAC, Vehicles, and Offices. While Seasonal Maintenance Technicians may be developing skills in one or more areas, all are expected to be able to perform general maintenance and repairs in all areas of assignments. Your Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM Assignment Length: Based on business needs, approximately starts towards end of November and last 5 to 6 weeks. Minimum Salary: $27.00 Maximum Salary: $35.44 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Qualifications Your Experience * Complete the approved safety training courses during onboarding * Experience with using hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner * Must be able to lift 70 pounds and climb stairs and ladders when needed * Understand basic repair and maintenance techniques and practices * Knowledge of safe work practices and policies including safe driving rules and policies * Flexible with work assignment and schedules, understanding assignment is during peak season.
