Job Description AECOM has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager - NJ LSRP to join our Remediation team in our Bloomfield, New Jersey office. You will work with a diverse team of technical leaders across a broad range of practice areas delivering remediation consulting services to our key clients. The successful candidate will assume leadership roles on projects and within the department, and will develop strong relationships with the team, and with clients to enable the pursuit of new opportunities. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with members of the project team, clients, site personnel and office management, and work both independently and as a part of a project team. The successful candidate will be committed to the team's growth and lead business development efforts; will rigorously apply safety policies and procedures; will manage the technical, cost and schedule elements of project delivery; and will effectively manage the quality of field efforts and project deliverables within the bounds of the AECOM Quality Management System. The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: + Work collaboratively with the NY/NJ Remediation Area Manager and professionals within other AECOM business lines. + Develop new business, including marketing and proposing to potential and existing clients, and be integral in process of securing and managing clients and contracts. + Act as Project Manager on large, complex projects, responsible for technical delivery, schedule management, fiscal management, client liaison, reporting requirements, and coordination with project team members. + Coordinate and prepare written reports, work plans, and technical memorandums; analyze data and develop supported conclusions. + Review and approve NJDEP forms and submittals for compliance with NJDEP regulations and guidance as LSRP. + Proactively identify opportunities to increase project efficiencies, improve technical methodologies and add value to client service offerings. + Assist with development and mentoring of junior staff through mentoring. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: + BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) + Valid U.S Driver's License and as a condition of employment, must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records Review + OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Master's Degree in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Science + 12+ years of relevant experience at an engineering consulting firm. + Seller-doer with business development and client management experience. + Experience as a project manager and technical lead on remedial investigations, feasibility studies, remedial design, and remedial action oversight. + Experience delivering remedial projects within the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection regulatory framework. + Experience with the breadth of federal and local environmental laws, such as CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, etc. Additional Information + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. + Relocation is not available for this position. /#LI-SG1 Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
