Maintenance Technician

You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether it's responding to an emergency request, working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections. In this role, you will... * Coordinate and complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner. * Have an ability to work with minimal supervision. * You will maintain and check daily operating logs for the following: air conditioning, fan units, graph charts, utility meters and general complaints. * You will ensure that building systems and tenant service requests are handled efficiently at the most economical cost. * You successfully coordinate contractor, tenant and management approvals for work orders. What you'll bring * Minimum of 1+ years of experience in building/property maintenance. * Your own vehicle with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) * Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems * Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects * Flexibility in work schedule - available for off-hours emergency response if required * Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks * Commercial experience (this is a plus!). * Excellent communication skills. #LI-TS1 Make your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.
