HTI is partnering with Plastics company to hire a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining equipment functionality, conducting repairs, and ensuring consistent production quality. This role will include troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on various systems such as electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment. Preferred: Education or certification in electrical, PLC, mechanical, or hydraulic systems. Ability to work shift rotations and respond to overtime requests with minimal prior notice. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work in high-pressure situations. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.What The Position Will Look Like:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes. The technician follows strict safety protocols and maintenance procedures to support the plant in achieving its business goals and objectives. Proactively perform maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general equipment to maintain production standards. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and downtime issues efficiently to minimize impact on operations. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer specifications. Maintain and repair the building as required. Fabricate or build requested items as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and recommend improvements. Provide support during management system audit events by offering evidence of compliance with standards and procedures. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Assist in creating a team atmosphere and promoting collaboration within the Maintenance Department. Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.#INDPRO
