Responsibilities:All levels of Sales Administration Management including order entry/status, order tracking, return goods processing, product knowledge requests, and routine communication with B2B customers and sales teamAll levels of Customer Service Administration Management including product knowledge requests, product registration processing, service request processing, and routine communication by phone and email with consumers/prospective clients/product ownersTechnical Service Assistance via phone, email, and text for Customers/Installers/PlumbersEnter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in Salesforce CRMMaintain and ensure timely and adequate responses to phone and website requestHandle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls Handle/route inbound service calls/emails Assist in creating RFQ responses to potential clientsEmphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, answer all questions regarding product line Appropriately communicate and represent brand identity and corporate positionRequirements:University or college degree or an acceptable combination of education and experienceSolid experience in upscale customer service, data entry, call control and time managementKnowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniquesStrong problem identification and resolution skillsAbility to build and maintain lasting relationships with customersExceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasmAbility to perform basic calculations and mathematical figuresAbility to work individually and as part of a teamHigh level of integrity and work ethicPreferred: Salesforce or other CRM platform experience - 2-3 yearsSAP or other ERP platform experience - 2-3 yearsMicrosoft Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint - 4-5 yearsCustomer Service Experience in an affluent community or with an upscale product - 2-3 yearsExperience working closely with Sales and Service Professionals and/or Appliance Repair TechniciansCompetencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position; Resourcefulness Independence Initiative Customer Focus Written/Oral Communication Passion Team Player Analytical Skills Organizational/Planning #LI-NY1
