We are looking for a Contact Center (Member Service Representative) responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Handling inbound calls from Credit Union Members in a fast-paced environment. Providing excellent customer service with members' checking accounts, loans, and credit cards plus. Communicating products and services offered by the credit union. Work onsite in Brea, Monday - Friday 9:15 am - 6:00 pm. Specific qualifications for the position include: One year experience in a sales/customer service environment. One year of experience answering phones in a fast-paced environment - preferably in the financial industry. One year experience working with checking accounts, loans, credit cards, etc. Excellent communication and member service advisory skills. Computer skills. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required. Pay Rate Range: $18.60 - $23.25/hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
