About Us: Ascendo Resources is hiring for a dynamic Customer Service Representative for one of our innovative Biotech clients to join the team! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is capable of multi-tasking, and updating multiple CRM's and spreadsheets to enter new customer orders. Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our manufacturing client's customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding service, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chatRespond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous mannerProcess orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficientlyCoordinate with other departments, including sales and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and servicesProvide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as neededHandle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolutionMaintain accurate customer records and update information in the databaseContinuously strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metricsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferredProven experience in customer service or related field, preferably in a manufacturing environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP and SalesForce software is a plusAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced settingDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and qualityPositive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time offOpportunities for professional development and career advancement within the companyCollaborative and supportive work environmentHow to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter to Jknight@.
