This position does have an on call rotation - 1 week or more per month Qualifications What Makes You A Great Fit: * High school diplomas or GED * Two (2) years experience in building maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair. * Must possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures. * must have good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexible, and able to work independently and as a team member. * Appropriate transportation and basic tools required. * Ability to be on call in evenings and weekends Additional Information At Dungarvin, diversity and inclusion are a part of what makes our organization strong.
