Job Summary This position supports the Apparel and Accessories Design & Development team with production support and logistic functions for Johnston & Murphy apparel and accessories. This includes data entry, tracking, logistics coordination and other production support as needed. Job Responsibilities * Assists with sku creation for Johnston & Murphy apparel and accessories including entry into a PIM system. Insures consistency for naming and system set-up parameters. * Ensures accuracy of orders and tracking of WIP and production from hand-off to final deliveries. Tracks communication with vendors for all aspects of order placement and tracking and keeps internal teams and systems updated in real time. * Updates delivery dates in ERP systems and excel tracking files to keep business units advised of delivery date changes. * Coordinates with logistics and import teams for management of shipping and customs clearance including assignment and approval of shipping methods based on target deliveries. * Manages labeling and packaging for all apparel and accessory categories including management of relationship with Avery Dennison for creation and order management, development of new packaging needs, assigning packaging by style/category, and coordinating efficient inner and outer carton details. Job Requirements * College degree in supply chain, production planning, merchandising or related field. * 1-3 years of related experience. * Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Excel. * Proficient in data entry. * Knowledge of PIM, ERP or inventory management systems preferred. * Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills. * Effective communicator with the ability to write clear and concise emails to global resources daily. * A team player with ability to work closely across functional areas. #LI-LC1
