Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking Maintenance Tech's for our newly built Senior Care Community, Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna. Requirements for Maintenance Tech: * One year of experience performing building maintenance * HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred * Valid driver's license is required Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech: * Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily * Assisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care * Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting * Documenting completed work * Responding to and competing work orders in a timely manner * Available for on-call as needed and or scheduled About Hillcrest: As a local organization, we offer a tight-knit, friendly environment with the benefits and options of a large company!
