Maintenance Technician

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician for an onsite, Direct Hire position in Hillsborough, New Jersey Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:Perform corrective and preventative maintenance following all applicable company procedures and safety rules/practices. Diagnose and repair plumbing problemsDiagnose and repair electrical systems Respond to any problems Minor roof repairsDoor repair and adjustmentsTroubleshoot building componentsDiagnose and repair irrigation system problems Landscape replacement and light maintenanceGeneral carpentry and painting as neededTrash pick-up and other miscellaneous work On call 24/7 for emergency building systemsMaintenance Technician Requirements:A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial maintenance.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently Ability to respond to on-call issues 24/7.HVAC certification preferred.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): Per Hour
