This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Job Description- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and equipment servicing to ensure the continuous operation of manufacturing machinery and equipment- Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to identify and address equipment performance issues, and provide technical assistance to resolve problems promptly- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment components- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment issues and improve overall reliability- Perform equipment calibrations and adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality standards in the manufacturing process- Assist in the installation, modification, and relocation of manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, and promote a culture of safety among maintenance personnel and other employeesJob RequirementsJob Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical/vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred- 2+ years of experience with troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment, such as robotics, CNC machines.- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including motors, conveyors, and hydraulics- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following maintenance procedures and safety protocols
