So,... are you ready? JOB SUMMARY: Assists the full time event management staff with the supervision and oversight of stadium gate operations on football game days. JOB DUTIES: 100% - Essential - Oversees the gate operations of assigned gate on football game days. Supervises event staff, helps troubleshoot issues with ticket scanning equipment, provides customer service support to fans, collaborates with law enforcement personnel to make sure gates are secure. RESPONSIBILITIES JOB KNOWLEDGE Firm Job Knowledge - Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises Work of Others - Supervises work of others and may offer recommendations for hiring, termination and pay adjustments but does not have responsibility for making these decisions. BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES No Budget Responsibilities - No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Stand for prolonged period Walk or move about Communicate, converse, give direction, express oneself Recognize or inspect visually WORKING CONDITIONS: Exposure to heat or cold Wet or humid Noise WORK SCHEDULE: Standard Hours: 28 COMPENSATION INFORMATION Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines. ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL Normal Operations Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
