Maintenance Technician, Fulfillment Center (MANSFIELD)

Basic Qualifications * High school diploma/GED or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience * 1 year work experience in building trades * Excellent communication, organization, prioritization and project management skills * Thorough knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic standards and procedures * Client and customer service focused with strong organization, technology and communication skills * Self-motivated and ability to work independent of direct supervision Preferred Qualifications * Associate's degree or professional certification in building trades or related field * Comfortable in performing tasks which may be outside area of expertise * Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Proven ability to work effectively with enter Real Estate and Facilities department * Ability to work in a team atmosphere and maintain open communication * Ability to use discretion when dealing with critical, highly sensitive and confidential information * Strong attention to detail Salary Range$23.25 - $34.9 / Hourly
