Maintenance Technician

**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring a skilled **Maintenance Technician** for projects located in **Wilton, CT** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$24-31/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Maintenance Technician eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to further your career! **Job Scope:** + Perform preventative maintenance + Measurement belts, hoses, fluids and filters + Inspection/evaluation of operating characteristics such as; speeds, pressures, vacuum or vibration + Analyze findings during preventative maintenance and recommend changes based upon findings + Complete repairs on all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other equipment + Complete general building repairs + Paint walls, doors and floors + Fixing leaks and stoppages + Repair and/or maintain controls, lighting and electrical distribution systems + Maintain a clean and safe work environment **Requirements** + Minimum of 5+ years of mechanical experience including; HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and/or carpentry + Must have a valid drivers license + Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, operating and maintenance instructions and memos + Ability to write routine reports and correspondence **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
