Maintenance Technician

Qualifications: * Previous experience required. * Forklift, backhoe and other machinery experience or training. License Requirements: Must have a Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation License Essential Job Functions: * Trash cleanup * Load in/Load out * Event set up/teardown * Move broken and fixed VLTs * Move the Ticket in/Ticket out machines * Make all signs for in-house places or activities * Snow removal * Mail and/or part delivery * Demolition for all in-house duties * Maintenance of grounds * Carrying and movement of all items as needed Physical/Mental Requirements: * Must be able to lift up and carry at least 50 lbs. * Constant bending, turning, lifting. * Must be able to constantly maintain focus in a fast- paced environment Working Conditions: * All grounds indoors and outdoors of the facility. * Exposed to bright lights, sounds, smoke. * Can be exposed to harsh weather conditions.
