Sign-On Bonus Details: $10,000 for Graduate Nurses. $20,000 for Registered Nurses with one or more years of RN experience. * Candidates hired into a sign-on bonus-eligible role will be asked to make a two-year work commitment Responsibilities: * Build productive working relationships with accountability, motivation, and commitment to patients and colleagues. * Use critical thinking to address clinical, social, and emotional patient needs * Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and encourage healthy relationships among peers. * Maintain work-life balance, safe work hours, and effective time management. * Identify and communicate workplace safety hazards to management. * Apply adult learning principles in patient, family, and staff education. * Provide comprehensive teaching to guide patients through care transitions. * Participate in quality improvement efforts and advocate for evidence-based practices * Document patient care clearly to enhance communication between caregivers. * Engage in professional development to improve patient care and practice quality. Qualifications: * RN experience preferred * Thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment with changing priorities and specialized equipment. * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required for patient care. * Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, and patient lifting. Licensure and Certifications: * Current RN license or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP). * CPR/BLS required within 30 days of hire. * ACLS within 1 year; NIH Stroke Scale within 6 months. * National certification preferred; Act 34 clearance and OAPSA compliance required.
