About the Staffing Specialist position We are looking for a Staffing Specialist to join our team. A successful staffing specialist will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis. You should also be able to attract candidates utilizing social media and through direct contact within our recruiting system.    Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Staffing Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Position responsibilities are: Work within our Applicant Tracking System to keep all sourced candidates and applicants up to date in the hiring processAdvertise job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages and social platforms)Coordinate with managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needsAttend job fairs and organize in-house recruitment eventsManage candidates' information (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our Applicant Tracking SystemConduct pre-interview screenings and coordinate interview process with candidatesPrepare hiring status reports as neededLiaise with college alumni associationsPoint of contact with external recruiters for potential candidatesHandoff candidates ready for offer to HR for offer process & proper onboarding Requirements are: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related fieldBoth Part-Time and Full-Time Candidates will be considered.Excellent communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsExperienced with MS Office software Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or prior experience in a Recruiting position is a plusAbility to learn engineering consulting business and candidate qualifications ControlPoint Technologies is a drug-free workplace.
