Your Role: The selected Logistics Field Coordinator/Maintenance Technician candidate must be able to work out TDR warehouse day-to-day as well be available to travel to disaster areas to support TDR response and recovery operations at times. * Responsible for assisting Maitland Warehouse Manager maintain Tetra Tech equipment through daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance activities and prepare items for deployment and at times deliver resources to project to locations and ensure proper functioning in the field. * Additional warehouse duties include: o Pull, pack and label orders o Prepare kits of parts and materials o Receive goods and stock shelves o Assist in processing returns * During times of disaster, responsible for deploying to disaster areas and assisting Project Managers with Logistics tasks such as: o Track inventory and burn rates of supplies the field o Pickup and deliver supplies as needed in the field o Logging inventory once received o Performing inventory audits and coordinate with Maitland Logistics o Provide maintenance activities on vehicles and equipment in the field. * Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards. * Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness. * Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns. * Additional duties as required. Qualifications: * Logistics experience preferred. * Must have experience maintaining vehicles and machinery. * Must be able to travel and deploy an estimated 2weeks plus at a time. * A valid driver's license. * Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. many times in one day. * Basic understanding of computers. * Ability to work under stressful situations in a team environment. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multiple tasks with sometimes conflicting priorities. * A self-starter with the ability to take direction. * Schedule flexibility.
