Project Manager - Legal Operations Summa Health Systems Full Time, Benefit Eligible 1077 Gorge Blvd Akron OH 44310 Summary: Manages and supports various projects and operational activities for the Legal Department. Develops and operates analytical and operational tools and database programs supporting the business operation needs of Summa Health. Key support for contract project management, process implementation and optimization, and document retention/management. Assesses and develops analytical reports for process and quality improvements. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Formal Education Required: a. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 2. Experience & Training Required: a. Five (5) years of relevant professional experience. b. Experience in department-level project management/coordination. c. Experience in complex document production, management, and retention. 3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: a. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. b. Database management skills. c. Possesses analytical skill to problem solve. d. Project management certification or Lean Six Sigma certification. e. Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity. 4. Level of Physical Demands: a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
