As 100% employee-owned, we continue to grow and are in search of driven individuals who desire an opportunity to grow their career.Maintenance Repair will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety within our facilities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall condition of our buildings and grounds while collaborating with subcontractors and production supervisors to support operational efficiency.Responsibilities & DutiesPerform repairs and maintenance on all equipment to ensure optimal performance.Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.Oversee the maintenance of grounds and buildings, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.Coordinate with subcontractors for specialized maintenance tasks performed by outside vendors.Work closely with production supervisors to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities in alignment with operational needs.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service requests.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance is preferred.Proven experience in maintenance and repair, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.Once eligible, you will participate in our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), a unique benefit that can provide a financial source for your future/retirement that very few companies offer.
