Responsibilities As a Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for surveying, installing, & commissioning In-building systems for all WSPs & Enterprise customers. In addition, you will: Perform Structural Site Survey at the customer location and provide a report to the Engineering Group Assist with RF Benchmarking and troubleshooting Test Kit for proper setup Facilitate & Perform DAS Commissioning & Integration activities across multiple WSPs. Conduct daily Reporting to Management in the market you serve. (CM/PM/& Ops Manager) Receive assignments and deploy to cell site locations to install, cellular, small cell, Wi-Fi, and DAS equipment Conduct installation of all Indoor Small Cell Products Conduct installation of all Nokia OEM Radio Equipment Conduct installation of all Erickson OEM Radio Equipment Conduct installation of all DAS OEM Manufacturer Equipment Install, connectorize, and test all sizing of coaxial cable. Install, connectorize, and test CAT 6 ethernet cable. Install and commission DC power plants. Be responsible for pick-up up cellular, DAS, Wi-Fi, and small cell equipment from customer or company warehouse location and care for, scan, and report on equipment disposition. Qualifications About You: Safety is a part of your day to day You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work You are looking for long-term projects You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team You have prior field experience in a technical field; mobility DAS, Wi-Fi, and small cell networks are preferred. You are knowledgeable in cabling (RF, Electrical, DC Power, CAT5/6, T1 Copper, Fiber) You have former Military with technical experience with honorable discharge welcome. You have a Technical School or Associates Degree in Engineering, or Electronics preferred. High School Diploma and equivalent with related experience considered. You have BISCI Credits You possess Nokia/Ericcson Certifications You possess DAS Manufacturer Certifications (CommScope, JMA, ADRF, SOLID) You have Small Cell Certifications (ALU 9962, Ericcson DOT, Spidercloud) You have the ability to represent the company with professionalism You have the ability to work within maintenance Window hours (midnight to 6 am) or daytime as scheduled based on project scope and adhere reliably to schedule. You have the ability to travel throughout the US. You are comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather throughout the ye You have the ability to use technical skills to work independently and within a team and execute responsibilities as well as solve problems. You have the ability to utilize and care for company vehicle and test equipment You have to ability to lift 50 lb and climb a 12 ft. ladder. You are computer and MS Office Proficient You have a valid driver's license. You are OSHA 10/30 certified. You are scissor lift certified. You are First aid, CPR, AED trained. Hard work pays off.
