To learn more about our purpose and values, visit our career site at THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: We invite you to apply to our Account Specialist opening as a Full-Time employee! As an Account Specialist, you are responsible for growing Reece USA's customer base by focusing on enhancing relationships and servicing key accounts. As the face of the company for large accounts, you engage with customers at critical touchpoints, serve as the expert of existing and emerging product solutions, and deliver optimized and differentiated service. Additional key responsibilities include: support key organizational initiatives to enhance the customer experience, visit job sites to provide technical solutions for acute problems, and build the technical capability of the team members at the branch. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: * Remarkable relationship-orientation and ability to establish meaningful relationships quickly, instill genuine trust, and exhibit Reece USA's values consistently. * Commitment to execution and demonstrated track record of delivering on agreed-upon promises; strong organization skills and effectiveness in proactively following up. * Strong communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge and deliver training. * Keen awareness and discernment; ability to identify prospects and co-create future growth opportunities with new and existing customers, and tailor solutions to address customers' unique pain-points. * In depth knowledge of effective sales techniques with a strong curiosity to continuously learn more. * High degree of adaptability and resiliency to meet internal and external stakeholders where they are, as well as to accommodate customer needs YOUR BACKGROUND: * Minimum 3-5 years sales experience * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record * Willingness to travel as required * Maintain a clean background and driving record Preferred qualifications: * Inside Sales experience within the industry * Experience with CRM & ERP systems (i.e., Salesforce, Eclipse, Mincron) Following is a list of physical and mental requirements identified as necessary to achieve the essential functions of this role: * Attendance - Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified. * Physical Capacities - Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods. * Operation of Office Equipment - Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment. * Oral Communication Skills - Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition. * Written Communication Skills - Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression. * Mental Capacities - Achievement/Effort, Active Listening, Adaptability/Flexibility, Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Category Flexibility, Concern for Others, Cooperation and Coordination, Critical Thinking, Deductive Reasoning, Dependability, Independence, Inductive Reasoning, Information Ordering, Initiative, Innovation, Maintenance of Relationships, Integrity, Oral Comprehension and Expression, Problem Sensitivity, Selective Attention, Self-Control, Service Orientation, Social Orientation, Social Perceptiveness, Stress Tolerance, Support, and Time Management. The range for this role considers a wide range of factors that are reviewed in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Reece USA, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Final compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $66,560.00 - $95,700.00 In this role you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus. Total Rewards components may be subject to written plan documents.
