Our loyal customers come back to us time and time again throughout their lives; creating customers for life and repeat business cycles.Safety is always top of mind at Greg Hubler Automotive and we want you to know that we are working hard to protect our team members and our guests with safety measures in line with CDC guidelines.Job Responsibilities:• Evaluate guests needs and provide exceptional guest service• Ensure that interior protective floormats and seat covers are installed in guest vehicles• Safely maneuver guest vehicles in and out of quick lane service bays• Safely lift vehicles using manufacturer recommended lift points• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.• Perform basic vehicle maintenance: changing engine oil and filter, quick testing batteries, topping off fluids, replacing air filters, cabin filters, wipers, setting tire pressures, rotating and balancing of tires, mounting and dismounting of tires, patch plug tires, light bulb installation, and lubing of steering and suspension components• Torque wheels to proper manufacturer specifications and reset tire pressure monitoring sensors• Perform accurate and effective Multi point vehicle inspections using provided inspection tools making upsell recommendations based on failed inspection items or dealer/manufacturer recommended service intervals• Reset oil life monitoring system in guest vehicles• Install accurate service reminder stickers in driver side upper corner of guest vehicle windshields• Cleaning any grease or residue left from service on guest vehicles prior to delivery• Staying current in manufacturer fundamental training and vehicle updatesJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GED Equivalent requiredClean driving record & valid driver's license requiredBasic set of tools including air impact gunAbility to work in a fast paced environment efficientlyAbility to follow processes and take directionMust be punctual and be able to work SaturdayMust be able to lift and move up to 75lbsWithstand being on your feet for up to 10hrs on concrete dailyMust be able to work in a non air conditioned environmentWhat we Offer:Medical, Dental & Vision*Paid vacation*Paid time offSpecial Discounts on New and Used VehiclesEmployee pricing on service work*benefits may require eligibility periodJob Type: Full-timeReports to: Service Manager
