DH Pace Company aspires to hire an Account Manager in our Olathe, KS office. This position will have the responsibility of leading, coaching, training, and motivating a team of Invoicing Coordinators/Invoicing Support within our National Accounts Division. As an Account Manager, you will work in conjunction with your direct reports to ensure they are meeting National clients' needs while serving as the primary face and voice to the clients. Position Overview: * Provide leadership and general management of Invoicing Coordinators/Invoicing Support including quality performance monitoring, improving processes, and development of employees * Develop, manage, and implement operational process and procedure improvements to decrease costs and increase profitability * Work with Operations Management Team to monitor operating budgets and action plans to meet those objectives * Collaborate with internal departments for assurance National Account Customer needs are fulfilled * Conduct employee performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans * Foster a cooperative working climate conducive to maximizing employee morale and productivity, while continuing to deliver quality customer service * Monitor and review all performance metrics of team members as it relates to meeting quality standards and assuring customer Standard Level of Expectations are being met Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience * 2-3 years of direct management / peer management experience preferred with a minimum of 5 years of total work experience * Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills * An ability to hire, develop relationships and hold employees accountable for performance objectives-listed above first bullet point under position overview * Previous analytical experience identifying trends in key performance indicators and recommending solutions on a national scale * Prefer experience in the Service Industry where there was a focus on service, sales and cost control * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication * Advanced motivational and negotiation skills Why DH Pace?
