The Best Players Need the Best People. This position is responsible for building maintenance throughout the PGA TOUR's Northeast Florida campus in Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 5 years of related general building maintenance repair experience. Prior experience with commercial experience preferred. * Must be flexible in hours and days worked * Working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and/or other general repair skills * Prior experience with project management, vendor oversight and bid review * Excellent organization, time management and project management skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Obtain any locally required certification as needed such a forklift certification * Must have a valid Florida Driver's License * Basic computer skills required * Memory retention skills required * Able to safely operate a utility vehicle such as, but not limited to, golf carts, utility carts, and shuttle carts RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES * Perform routine maintenance including light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, caulking, etc. * Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems (filter changes, drain pan inspections, fuse changes, etc.) * Repair/Replace locks and service doors and/or hinges * Monitor and fix leaks, clogs or other issues related to plumbing * Repair lighting (interior, ceiling and cubicle lights, change ballasts) * Replace ceiling tiles and performing minor grid work * Install applicable signage and wall décor throughout campus * Perform preventative maintenance tasks * Utilize CMMS platform to submit, receive and complete work orders * Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Responds to on-call and after-hours emergency situations. * Special projects or other duties as assigned.
