Our priority is 5-star worthy interactions and clear communication maintaining quality customer relationships. Being a relatively small, local family company, the culture is positive, open, healthy, and at a reasonable pace. Normal business hours are M-F 8a-6p with rotating Saturdays and only on call for Sundays. CSRs receive hourly pay ranging from $17-24 with bonus incentives. There is no cap on income with advanced productivity and personal investment.
