We're building a sustainable network of high-tech, end-to-end manufacturing solutions to better withstand disruptive events, serve scientific discovery, and reach those in need.For more information, please visit **Position will start out working M-F for the initial 12+ months supporting project work and then will transition to 12 hour shift (6am/pm-6pm/am-2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend)**Perform visual inspections and conduct troubleshooting activitiesEstablish visual tracking and other tools to enhance audit readiness and trend analysisGather, organize, and communicate operational information to othersLead and coordinate investigations and studies with little supervisionParticipate in spill control, handling of hazardous materials, and first aidIdentify temporary and permanent fixes to address issues; Initiate appropriate action when process deviations occurMonitor equipment and/or systems for performance and problem indicatorsRead, understand, and comply with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including general safety, lock outs, and so onReport process deviations when they occurWear gowning, sterile garments, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required by specific activitiesPerform preventative (scheduled) and corrective/emergency (unscheduled) maintenance of equipment, systems, and/or facilities without supervisionEnsure proper documentation practices during maintenance processesMaintain equipment and systems along with their certification recordsMonitor and analyze process equipment performancePerform, in order of priority, work required in response to process equipment requests received through the Work Request SystemRead and interpret diagrams, drawings, and other schematicsRecommend and initiate activities to ensure area and equipment is maintained in a state of complianceConduct safety checks for work group, department, or siteMaintain accurate and complete records (i.e., laboratory notebooks, quality records, and sample receipts)Pull necessary parts to complete a work order or ticketAnalyze trends in data in order to provide accurate descriptions, identify root causes, and/or identify solutions or improvementsPerform regular audits of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and/or work instructionsAssist with executing validation protocols for processes, equipment, packaging, and/or cleaningProvide "off shift" support (such as night shift support if you normally work on day shift).Provide input on the engineering of replacement partsConsult cross-functionally as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on systems and/or processes within a functional area. Minimum Requirements Considerable experience in a regulated or cGMP environmentMay require state certification or licensure for certain roles Preferred Background High school diploma and certification in a skilled trade (electrical, boiler operations, etc.)Associate degree in a technical disciplineResilience is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $24.00 - $36.50 per hour. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
